1.   We are pleased to announce that our efforts to begin paying refunds due, owed and payable to GNI members, not in profit, have begun (this Monday, the 17th of May, 2010). For reasons which should be obvious, we will not announce the order, anticipated payment date or running totals. We maintain our commitment to conclude this process as soon as possible and with all members receiving a profit of not less than 1.5%.

2.   To both assist and expedite the Refund Process, we have brought back  “Rumiko” to the ranks of the gainfully employed. In addition, we will be making some movement of staff as we move in other directions. Not to worry. We will be maintaining the Refund effort; and have dedicated staff who are committed to providing excellent customer service.

3.   Some are insisting upon us providing a completion date. This we cannot do. We will make steady headway and work to serve and refund all of our members out of pocket equally and fairly.

4.   As we have maintained, the refunds all are receiving should not play into your participation in other programs offered on the net. Specifically, we do not think it wise or fair that commitments are made based on a pre-conceived notion or time-frame of an anticipated refund from GNI.

To summarize, Refunds have now begun and members can report there refunds as they see fit. We will continue to communicate as the situation dictates.

Superxinvest is offering 5 investment plans to choose from. You can earn up to 2.5% of pure profit everyday with these plans, ok I will explain it in detail. Start with first plan which will run for 60 calendar days and will pay you 1% profit on your invested amount everyday and you can invest in this plan anywhere between $10 to $100, so at the end of plan your profit will be 160% including your initial deposit. Superxinvest is offering all the well known payment processors. Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money, Alertpay, Strictpay and Global Digital Pay are currently getting accepted by Superxinvest. But there is a bad news for GDP users as the withdrawals for GDP is not instant and you may have to wait up to 24 hours. Except GDP other processors withdrawals are instant. Superxinvest is offering 5% standard referral commission but just keep in mind that your account should be active if you want to receive commission.

Hosting & Security:
Superxinvest is hosted on dedicated server with the DDOS protection from Ddoswiz. Superxinvest is also using extra layer of security known as SSL, So all the transactions through Superxinvest is fully secure. Their domain name is registered only for one year, and I really don’t understand this, if a company has intentions to run for a long period of time then why one would choose only to register for a single year? Anyway domain registration is not a big deal and it can be renewed any time.

So friends with all the good aspects Superxinvest is in front of your eyes, now you have to decide is it really worthy to give it a try or not. But in my honest opinion please be careful with all the new programs and always do your due diligence before making investment in any online investment program.

Ptv partner which was very unstable this week has sent out an update about the latest developments with the issues affecting the program and updated us that withdrawal option is again activated, so please read the update and check your account for any mistakes which could have been occurred.

We do still have some issues. And we like to solicit your participation in the solution.

Because we had to use a backup copy to restore the site, there are still some doubles posted in accounts. In order to solve this problem we are manually verifying each withdraw request. Withdraw requests that have a double posted in their account will be paid…IF…. the balance in their withdraw account is sufficient to debit the overpayment. If not, then the requested withdraw will be cancelled and the overpayment removed.
Withdraw requests that, have a double payment posted in their account, also had or has a auto reinvest or a manual reinvest then the withdraw request will be paid and the reinvest will be cancelled and the adjustment will be made.
The simplest solution for us, is if you will simply leave the over payment in your withdraw account and we will debit it. Please create a support ticket ONLY IF you see an uncorrected double payment in your account. Please make the Subject of the support ticket … Double Payment.
As you can imagine, this is a tedious process, but we can manage it with a little patience.
DO NOT attempt to withdraw the overpaid funds intentionally. Look at your accounts and determine what is right. All accounts will be verified anyway and your attempt will ONLY slow down the process and result in a cancellation of your request.

Missing Deposits.

Because the Database was restored from backup, New accounts created since the 2nd are having to be restored. But the deposits made to those new accounts are not going to be in them immediately. We will be manually crediting the deposits from ecurrency history. Again this is tedious, but we can manage again with a little patience. DO NOT create a support ticket for this. It will be completely disregarded until all manual credits have been completed. This may take 48 to 72 more hours. When we complete the manual credits we will announce that we are completed. If at that time you still have a missing deposit, which I doubt, then you may submit a support ticket.

Regarding Support Tickets: Please DO NOT create more than one! Once the Support Ticket is ‘completed’, Please DO NOT reply with thank you or even a ^#$%#^%^%&$&%*&^ you! We have too many tedious things to deal with and the cooperation here will be fantastically appreciated

This time I would like to start with an important update that will affect the payment methods accepted at Prosperity Wallet. From now on AlertPay has been disabled as a payment processor. They have declined to do business with us and it seems they try to avoid HYIPs as such. The constant conflicts I had with them forced me to drop AlertPay. I have been working with Debbie to try to set this up properly over the last few days and now think its getting close to being correct.

2.   If you have not cut and paste a fully completed Application for Refund, one will be provided to you when you receive an automated (system generated) response to your initial opening request.  If you have already completed, by means of Cut & Paste, a Refund Request Form, please edit out the form contained within the ticket.
Included in this response which is forwarded to your email will be your new ticket number.  This ticket number stays with you throughout the duration of your claim.
3. Be clear with all your responses.   The clearer you are the faster this will go.
4. These refunds have to be confirmed, verified and then approved.  This is a tedious, brain-draining process so please have some patience.
5. The first several hundred (somewhere between seven hundred and eight hundred) refund requests, due to a programming glitch, did not send, in the automated response, your ticket number.   Do not be concerned, we received it, and a number was assigned to it….Please do not send a follow up ticket asking what your ticket number is.  If you need to add additional supporting information, go to the forum and send a PM to GNIChyk who will ask your name and other confidential information you supplied in the refund application.  She will then give you your ticket number.
6. If you do not understand some aspect of the process, go to the forum where it is discussed in detail FIRST.  If the issue you ask is easily and readily available on the forum and it is clear you have not attempted to find this information out for yourself….there will be no choice but to return your ticket….This is out of consideration for your fellow member.   If it’s not clear or if several members seem to be having a similar issue, a mini-newsletter will be forwarded to the community, such as this.

Consistent with our announcement earlier this week, GNI has closed its operations and a call to our traders has been made advising them to send forward the funds required to ensure our members who are not in profit, will be made whole.
I have taken some time to go through the forum to not only read, but digest some of your comments made to me, at me or about me (and the GNI Team).
Some of what was written, given the level of effort, work, time and resources; taken from me, my family and my life, with the often stated intent to help those people try to have a better life, has been EXTREMELY difficult to endure.
I have been called a liar, cheater, thief and many, many other fine names because the program cannot sustain itself in its current state.
Our restructuring came too little, too late. The reason for this was simple. I wanted, to overcome the adversity without having to modify the program. We were led to believe the funds which were frozen, would be released. Had they at any time up until the end of December, we wouldn’t be having this discussion now.
I gave all of you, EVERY SINGLE member in this project, 100% of my best effort. It wasn’t enough; and because it wasn’t, we are considered by many of you, who have made thousands, tens of thousands of dollars; to be disingenuous, evil, liars, and whatever else you feel like lobbing at me.
Instead of counting your blessings and your good fortune, you have become spiteful.
I would appreciate for a moment if we could reflect on something that has been the motivating factor that drove GNI to its one-time pre-eminence of the on-line investing community. What I am referring to was the call to arms we made during the Holiday Season.
Since early fall, we made very clear the need for the GNI Family to share some of their good fortune with two charities selected on the basis of need and impact we could make as a cohesive group. In December, when it was time, we made it easy for all to participate. It was our opportunity to proclaim our concern, not just for financial gain but to help those who were unable to help themselves, orphaned children in Africa, or those stricken with AIDS.
The total turnout, 4.5%!!!
For those of you who struggle with math, it means, despite our requests for your help, 5 out of 100 GNI participants stepped up to help others. Ninety-five out of one hundred (95 out of 100), did NOT. Some had your own causes that you supported, but the majority of you DID NOT.
Given these statistics, I am compelled to ask those of you who feel I am less than honest, have you taken a moment to look at yourself? When I asked for your help, not for myself, but to help keep children from starving to death, where were you? What have you done for your fellow man?

2. Time-Frame for the Liquidation of Goldnuggetinvest.com

To conclude GNI in a manner that is both timely, but will allow for those members who are out of contact, or otherwise unable to establish communications with any GNI associate, Applications for Refunds will be accepted until May 15th, 2010. We’ll start accepting applications as from Monday, March 15th, 08:00 GMT. Before that date and time the given link for the refund support desk will be disabled.
We believe we can reconcile and refund the bulk of the undisputed refund requests within thirty days after the May 15th, 2010 deadline. Much will depend on the GNI member to properly complete the refund application in an organized and honorable fashion. Let it be known, any member who tries to obtain funds in a manner that is fraudulent, will have his or her refund placed at the end of the stack and will be gone through when all else is completed. An evaluation will be conducted and a decision to return any funds will be made at that time.
It is our intent to refund all of those customers entitled to receive one. Please DO NOT jeopardizes our obligation and your right to receive funds you are entitled to.

3. New Support Desk Dedicated to Refunds Only
To better stream-line communications between the membership (who is entitled to a refund) and GNI, a new Support System will be installed on the same server which hosts the Forum.
(VERY IMPORTANT). Unlike the previous support desk, each member will have one ticket ONLY which will support their Claim for Refund throughout the process. This support system is for REFUNDS ONLY. It is not to be used to express an opinion whether you like or dislike the program, staff, the various PPs or anything other than your refund. The help desk will have the capability to transfer information including your Request for Refund which is contained at the end of this Newsletter, to and from the appropriate staff assisting you with the refund. Any extraneous comments, requests or admonishments will be discarded without comment.

Assuming there are no significant discrepancies, those funds in which there is an agreement will be:

If there is a disparity between what claimants thinks is owed and what GNI think is owed, it will not hold up the payment of funds. For example, claimant submits a Request for a Refund totaling $35.00; GNI completes their review but finds that claimant is owed $25.00, not the 35.00 as submitted. GNI would authorize payment on the undisputed 25.00. Upon conclusion of all payouts, GNI would then take a further review, with claimant and attempt to resolve the matter. It is not anticipated there will be any open claims after concluding this liquidation.

5. GNI’s Future

It is now often asked, what will become of GNI? At this juncture, all that is important to know is there will be a GNI. It will consist of a group of clients who know honesty when they see it and integrity when they feel it and an opportunity when they smell it. Not often does a situation like this come along. PTV has been HACKED!!! – March 11th, 2010
Just kidding, but with today’s downtime I couldn’t resist the opportunity to give the naysayers a smile even if was only for a moment. I know they have been salivating all day hoping to be able to say “I told you so!” Well, no such luck guys…sorry.
We did experience a script error though. We had recently hired some new programmers and one of them inadvertently caused a script error earlier. He also screwed up the new backup system he implemented. The result was quite a difficult task to overcome. But we did.
We had to cancel a small amount of withdraw requests. The few accounts affected will notice a return of their withdraw request. Just resubmit them and they will be taken care of as always. In some cases the amount returned was incorrect and in those cases we have sent you an email with instructions.
We apologize for the error, but everything else is back to normal with one final exception. Your Withdraw History for the last several days is reflecting an incorrect amount. This DOES NOT affect your investments or deposits or future withdraws. It is simply the completed withdraw history that is affected. We are continuing to work to correct this somewhat inconsequential error.

Xaga enterprise which is another good program running successfully for couple of months has sent out an update and asked you to cast your vote for payment mode.If you want it automatic than you have to pay a fees of 6% and you like it manually then you could have to wait up to 48hours, check the update:

As I have mentioned in the forum, I have spent the last few days in Northern Cyprus trying desperately to obtain those funds which belong to us – members and principals of Goldnuggetinvest.com.

Besides myself, I have been privileged to be assisted by Counsel (one of our attorneys) to not just make a strong presence on behalf of some faceless arbitrage project; indeed, but to help me place a face on the thousands of loyal GNI Customers who have (rightfully or not) depended on our presence and weekly payments to:

1. Pay the rent or mortgage,
2. Pay doctor’s bills,
3. Pay for a family member’s schooling,
4. Retire in a manner that is consistent with the years of service provided to their employer,
5. Take a well-deserved vacation with someone special or
6. Have some peace of mind in these troublesome times.

Despite our best efforts, and monumental efforts were made by all concerned, we could not get the directors, regulators or oversight administrators to relent. There were several tactics employed, a couple of which were most creative, but it was of no use. We thought we may have a foot in the door, only to have it cut off. What I can say is we tried damn it….we tried our hardest; but we could not overcome this hurdle.

Without this income, we go in reverse. We have had suggestions, offers which included members giving us funds, members willing to delay the taking of payments, partial payments, the entire spectrum of suggestions; the reality is, however, these suggestions amount to a band-aid when in fact a tourniquet is called for.

I must, for the sake of the sanity of myself and my family, the GNI Team Members, the Principals and our most trusted customers, shut down Goldnuggetinvest.com effective immediately and permanently. This decision will not be reversed.

Refunds: Despite the ‘disingenuous’ overtones having made its way around the world of on-line investing, we will be refunding those members who are NOT in profit, an amount equal to 101.5% of their principal investment (this includes interest payments already received) rendering EVERY person who invested with us, more than whole as defined by Commonly Accepted Principles of Accounting. The instructions will be provided within the next 48-72 hours; will be straight-forward so this can be expedited.

The new GNI: GNI has the concept, the tools and the strategy somewhat perfected in the world of Sure-Bets. We will be making an announcement at 08:00 (GMT) on Friday, March 12 as it pertains to our future. We can give a hint: It will be a completely and totally PRIVATE program fashioned in a manner that is compliant in any and all world-wide jurisdictions with no limitations. This program has been in the planning stages for nine months and was to be run in parallel with GNI. Nothing more will be said until Friday.

Summary / Conclusion: I want to take a moment to thank all of you, our GNI family for all the kind words and support you have shown over the past several months. I never anticipated some of the hurdles which we had been forced to try to navigate. This program was my baby, you were my extended family. This program was a sense of pride, an attempt to help those of you who needed it the most. I have never, nor has my team, hid from reality; perhaps we were a bit over-confident, but our intentions were and always have been true.

We hope, most sincerely, the shock of the changes has somewhat subsided and you, along with the community at large can appreciate what it is we’re trying to get accomplished – the return of GNI to financial health.
As we expected, there have been some questions that need to be answered and some clarification to some decisions and procedures that may otherwise need an explanation.
Before doing so, it may shock some of you to know that, as of 8:00 am on January 18th (GMT), of the 10,000 or so active customers, only 2886 have signed up and are members of our private forum. About 25%+…

1. We cannot emphasize the importance of ALL participants in GNI, sign up and, when seeking out information related to GNI, use the forum as a point of reference and information!
2. Built into the script and available to ALL members is a security log. This security log contains every IP from which your account has been accessed. We need EVERY member to go into their security log and review the IPs listed (by clicking on the IP).  For those who are not familiar with an “IP”, it is your Internet Protocol Address and is a identified by a 4 numeric characters off set by periods after each one. Looks something like this:
68.3.243.11
When you click on your IP, it will open a new browser page showing the exact location, date and time of the person who accessed your GNI account.
It is entirely possible you may have three or four different IPs, but they should all reflect your own physical, geographic location. If it does not, your account was accessed by a hacker or someone other than yourself and your GNI, along with any other critical account information (or other data) has likely been accessed by, or exposed to someone who is likely not looking out for your best interest.
You need to contact your computer manufacturer or other expert and take the necessary steps to secure your computer. This includes changing passwords WEEKLY, backing up your data etc. Don’t expose yourself or others to hackers.
The activities you undertake to prevent or mitigate hacking of your computer will be taken into consideration if something adverse happens to your GNI account. We have the capability to review your account access activity so please take the requisite steps to ensure your accounts integrity.
3. Forex Trading: Because of some of the verbiage relating GNIs current financial health to the positions held in the forex market, some of you have questions / concerns whether GNI is or has become active in Forex Trading.
We are NOT, in any way, engaged in forex trading as a source of income for GNI customers. Of late, 75% of our arbs are traded in GBP, 20% in Euros and only 5% in USD. As a result we are constantly exchanging funds from one currency to another and by default, are affected by the exchange rate. Again….we are NOT a forex based investment scheme.
4. Upgrading of Account Status: Some of you feel you have wrongfully been denied entry into the Premium Plan; have been saving with the intent of introducing all of your funds into the Premium Plan or something along those lines.
As much as we value our customers (and we most sincerely do!), our current focus is to restore our Project to solid financial health. Some of you had your pending withdrawals reversed back into your wallet for re-deposit, some of you had your deposit(s) remanded to the monthly plan right before your deposits would have, collectively, qualified for the Premium Plan or some other non-elected sacrifice you have had to make. We weren’t looking to win any popularity contests by taking these steps, we are looking forward to getting this matter behind us as SOON as reasonably possible. To do this, sacrifices were inevitable. Some were compelled to make more than others and for that we appreciate what you are doing. In the long haul, we will all benefit from these sacrifices.
5. Length of Plan Cycle: While the plan(s), monthly and premium are on a monthly cycle, the specific length of this cycle is exactly thirty (30) calendar days. This will not affect the dates that GNI enables the dates to request withdrawals (the 1st – 7th of each month) nor the dates in which payment will be made (the 8th until the end of the month).
6. Going Private: The issue / question of GNI privatizing has surfaced for legitimate reasons, we had envisioned the project needing this status during the first quarter of this now, current year, 2010. Given our current state of affairs; the exodus of customers preceding the holiday time frame and the decreased revenue coming into GNI at the present moment, the benefit(s) of doing so does not justify the resources (time and expense) to follow this through to completion, AT THE PRESENT TIME.  To be sure, GNI has a considerable amount of funds in preparation to going private, all of which will be set back for a future date and time.
Be looking forward to these as we progress through the most challenging times of our program.
